Encirco Studios produces stop-motion animation for commercials, branded content, films, music videos, social media campaigns, and product launches. Our work combines handcrafted miniatures, practical effects, custom puppets, motion-control cinematography, and modern digital workflows to create visuals with a physical quality that cannot be duplicated through computer-generated imagery alone. Every surface, movement, shadow, and imperfection comes from something that was designed, built, lit, and photographed by real artists.

One of the things that makes our studio different is that the entire process can happen under one roof. We have an experienced in-house crew that can design and fabricate the puppets, props, sets, and miniatures, as well as light, shoot, animate, and edit the finished footage. Keeping these departments together creates a more connected production process. Our fabricators understand how an object needs to perform in front of the camera, while our animators, cinematographers, and lighting crew can communicate directly with the artists building the sets and characters.

We can become involved during the earliest stages of a project, helping to develop the concept, visual style, storyboards, shot list, scale, and overall production approach. From there, our team can create puppets, miniature environments, practical effects, camera rigs, and any specialized elements needed for the shoot. During production, we handle animation, camera operation, lighting, motion control, and frame-by-frame photography with careful attention to performance, composition, texture, and continuity.

Our work can continue into post-production with editing, compositing, puppet-rig removal, cleanup, visual effects, and the assembly of a cohesive finished sequence. Because our editors and artists understand how the footage was physically created, they can preserve the handmade character of the work while removing the technical elements that should remain invisible to the audience.

Stop motion is a slow and detailed process, but that is also what gives it personality. Every frame involves a series of deliberate creative decisions made by people who care deeply about the craft.
