At Encirco Studios, we believe the best work happens where traditional craftsmanship and modern technology intersect. We combine time-honored techniques such as sculpting, mold making, fiberglass fabrication, woodworking, metalworking, painting, puppetry, and miniature construction with advanced tools including CAD design, CNC machining, laser cutting, 3D printing, digital scanning, and precision manufacturing. This hybrid approach allows us to create work that feels handcrafted and authentic while delivering the accuracy, repeatability, and efficiency required for today’s productions.

Our studio is located within the Southern California Studio Zone, giving productions convenient access to our facility from Los Angeles, Orange County, and the surrounding entertainment community. Our location allows us to work closely with production companies, advertising agencies, theme parks, designers, and creative teams throughout Southern California while also serving clients across the country and around the world.

Over the years, our work has been created for projects and audiences in locations throughout the United States and internationally. Pieces built inside our Southern California workshop have traveled to theme parks, film and television sets, museums, theaters, retail environments, live events, touring productions, and permanent installations around the world. Some projects are designed to exist on camera for only a few seconds, while others must withstand transportation, outdoor conditions, repeated operation, and years of interaction with the public. Understanding where a piece is going and how it will be used is an important part of how we design and build it.

Our artists and fabricators bring experience across multiple disciplines, allowing the same team to think about the complete project rather than only one stage of production. We can help develop an idea, determine the right materials and fabrication methods, create prototypes and test pieces, build the finished work, and support installation or production when needed. This hands-on involvement helps us solve problems early and maintain the original creative intent throughout the process.

Whether we are building a practical creature, a stop-motion miniature, a museum exhibit, a custom prop, an animatronic character, or a large-scale themed environment, our goal is always the same: to create physical work that tells an unforgettable story, performs reliably, and reflects the care of the people who made it.
